The About Me Chronicles Part 3: Indian Food

I really don’t know how i developed this interest, but it just came to me. I was traveling to Kansas City with my older brother a few years ago, and we stumbled into a restaurant with some friends after church one sunday, into a buffet place, and this liking for the food just stuck. It is so unique and different, It really is a great variety of food, and one day, as I get better with my cooking skills, I hope to learn to make some of these dishes.
